CDL DISQUALIFICATION

I have a 1 year cdl disqualification placed on my license that’s stopping me from getting my cdl because of a striking an unattended vehicle and not reporting. Are there any lawyers or anything that could get this removed before the 1 year mark or do I have to wait?
