CDL Class A / Class B Medical Marijuana

Hello All, i am looking to start my own bus company i have to get my CDL to do anything more then 13 Passengers and was thinking i might as well get my class A if i have to get a class B. However, i have a Medical Marijuana card in the state of New York to treat my anxiety which my doctor filed under PTSD as it is one of the prerequisites for a prescription and he claimed it falls into that category so my question is as follows. Will a Medical Marijuana card (or other medicine prescribed by the doctor) effect my CDL now or in the future
