Hello everyone I have a question, so I have been trying to get hired, I have experience as a truck driver, with a valid cdl class a, I got injured in 2021 so I had to take some time off, my last company fired me for it and I did have to fight them tooth and nail, I eventually beat them in court over it, now I'm trying to get hired at a company, I have a couple of psp violations on my report, that's nearly 3 years old and 1 that's like 4 years old, other then that my record is clean, no citations no drug charges, no points and no felonys, nobody will hire me, I was shocked when even swift and western express, said no, considering they are the bottom of the ben, when it comes to company's, I went to us express completed all the tests required, which was nothing really, just a 20 min road test and a backing test, which I passed pretty easy, only to be told I can't get hired on the last minute after I did everything and wasted my time, because of a psp violation, I was learning the game it happens, I just want to know when will they fall of? thank you.
