Debby G.'s Bio

Been on and off this site for a few years. Just retired last year and moved from the West Coast to a historic river town in Mississippi. It's a beautiful place! But retirement makes me itchy! Would love to get a dump truck and pup job again.

Thinking about going long haul with my boyfriend for 8 months. I have questions! :)

Hi Constance, your future plan sounds exciting! My first thought was to ask if you guys have already taken long road trips together? If you have and you had a great time, you should do well going OTR together. If you haven't made any test runs first, be aware that is a LOT of together time you'll be experiencing. I tried to run with a BF 35 yrs ago, but in the end it was awful. I bailed out in the PNW area... where I still live and drive today. haha!

I've Been Sick This Week

I'm sorry to hear this O/S. I often wonder about the onion and the potato haulers in Eastern & Central Oregon and whether they'll get exposed to it at the packing plants. I've seen a lot of that work available on Craigs lately. Get well soon O/S!
