So I just got my CDL and awaiting my X endorsement in the mail. The hardest decision I have to make is what trucking company to go with. I have submitted my online applications with many companies and am busy talking to different recruiters. I had higher expectations but my ego is dwindling as I realize that my choices are so limited. What I'm saying is as a Sabbath keeper 0.1 % of the trucking companies won't respect your religious beliefs. Then trying to balance it with family life makes the decision even more worse. And then you read driver forums and watch youtube videos of truckers saying their awful experiences abt certain carriers. Makes me more confused. Is there anything like a perfect trucking company? If there is, which one would you recommend? I live in Central Florida
