Gonna say yes you will probably have to re take physical and or drug test unless you have an actual DOT card

DOT:

Department Of Transportation

A department of the federal executive branch responsible for the national highways and for railroad and airline safety. It also manages Amtrak, the national railroad system, and the Coast Guard.

State and Federal DOT Officers are responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement. "The truck police" you could call them.

I have the dot card and the school has the long form so I'm not worried about the drug test and I was just wondering about the physical thank you

As long as you have your medical card and it isn't expired, you should be ok.
