Solution-

Follow your gut feeling. Advice I have read on this website- You (Trainer) and only you, decides if the truck moves or not.

1. Call company privately.

2. Get trainee off truck.

3. Put in writing- on Qual-comm.

4. Werner may or not fire you.

Also- Maybe pay for a night for trainee at a motel- seems like this would be the best- that you took due diligence to help trainee until he could make arrangements. Probably never recover the $100 for motel.

I guess the decals that say we hit only safe and courteous drivers is a lie then. I feel for the trainers family
