The old twin arrows in new Mexico off i40 not sure the exit... There's a old truck stop or gas station out of business in Iowa off I 80 again not sure the exit lol... There's two spots...

Are you sure they haven't roped off the one off I-80, in Iowa?

I know there are a few liked that in Iowa, but they look blocked off from the Interstate. BTW, there is a Lions Den Adult Book Store, with truck parking off Exit 159, on I-80 in Iowa.

There's the "Playhouse," with truck parking off exit 42 on I-29 in Iowa. The Playhouse looks closed, but they haven't blocked it off, YET. Romantix "bookstore" is on the opposite side. I think they have "limited" truck parking.

Dave

Interstate:

Commercial trade, business, movement of goods or money, or transportation from one state to another, regulated by the Federal Department Of Transportation (DOT).

This is definitely an app I would be interested in. I do like the name Secret Spot for it.

I gotta put in a no vote for Secret Spot, only because it gives me the impression of some kind of sexual innuendo. I think you'd get a lot of people downloading it thinking it's something else lol

So whatever happened with this app idea? I'll be finishing up running TnT with Prime next week, heaxong to Springfield for A-seat certification and hopefully shortly after getting assigned a truck. I live in NH and have requested the Northeast division and with what I've seen of the parking situation so far, I'm getting cold feet since I'm just a rookie and backing is still quite challenging. So an app like this would be a great asset. I have Truckers Path so will be relying on that and any help I can from you guys out there in the thick of it. Be cool, stay safe and have fun!

TNT:

Trainer-N-Trainee

Prime Inc has their own CDL training program and it's divided into two phases - PSD and TNT.

The PSD (Prime Student Driver) phase is where you'll get your permit and then go on the road for 10,000 miles with a trainer. When you come back you'll get your CDL license and enter the TNT phase.

The TNT phase is the second phase of training where you'll go on the road with an experienced driver for 30,000 miles of team driving. You'll receive 14ยข per mile ($700 per week guaranteed) during this phase. Once you're finished with TNT training you will be assigned a truck to run solo.
