Here at my company we loose drivers for one reason or another but I am willing to bet its not because the company pushed them out the door. They demand you have experience BEFORE coming which means they are willing to pay higher wages for safe drivers or at least experienced drivers.
Last year their profit was over 300 million dollars but all their drivers have experience and are paying more money in payroll.
Your theory about companies wanting only new drivers so they can pay low wages does not seem to pan out. That rumor has been around longer than you have been alive.
