I've read most of the book you have here - great introduction. I have a few questions.
Most of your examples/assumptions are around 2200 miles a week. Assuming this is a good average, is making $1,000/wk or $4,000/mo realistic?
How many hours a day do you drive - I'm assuming 10?
How many miles per hour do you average in a day - I'm assuming somewhere around 40 with stops and starts?

Depends on your cpm. Simple math. At .45 cpm with 2200 miles, you're almost grossing 1k. Keep in mind .45 isn't what most rookies / student drivers are earning.
If you have been reading around here, then you'll also know that a rookie might not average those miles at first.
Drivers are often paid by the mile and it's given in cents per mile, or cpm.
