Moore was originally ordered to report to prison on December 9, but the judge pushed the date back to January 6 so that he could spend the holidays with his family.
On that note let me just remind you all of a little piece of info from the original shut down..
Arrow Trucking abruptly shut down days before Christmas in 2009, leaving its drivers without pay or a way to get home. It was only through the kindness of fellow truckers that many of these stranded and unemployed drivers made it home for Christmas.
Moore helped prosecutors convict Pielsticker, and his attorney hoped that this might lead the judge to sentence him to probation rather than prison. However, Assistant U.S. Attorney Jeffrey Gallant says that the sentence was fair and sends the message that even corporate executives are not above the law.

That really is disgusting. What was that judge thinking??? Was he completely unaware of that little tidbit about stranding hundreds of drivers two days before Christmas? Idiot.

Second Arrow Trucking Exec Sentenced To Prison
The former Chief Financial Officer for Arrow Trucking will be joining Doug Pielsticker behind bars after a court sentenced him to nearly three years in prison.
Jonathan Leland Moore pled guilty to one count of dual-object conspiracy to defraud the United States and to commit bank fraud.
Moore was sentenced to 35 months in prison for his role in the conspiracy and bank fraud schemes that led to Arrow’s downfall — and the stranding of hundred of truckers days before Christmas. He must also pay $21,026,682 in restitution to the IRS.

“I seek the forgiveness and grace of Arrow trucker and former employees,” Moore told the press.
