Netflix and Hulu, good books and plenty of music to listen to.
Thanks for hitting me back How are you accessing netflix ? Using cell or tablet ? Using a hotspot of cell service ? Excuse me cuz I am not much of a techie
We access Netflix through all three at home (no cable internet out here worth having). My husband watches on his phone all the time when he's out waiting in a truck. We have an AT&T hotspot that is our primary internet at the house. We just turn it off when we're not using it.
I have tons of audiobooks and movies on my computer that I can put on my tablet and phone as well, and will take those with me when I go, as I don't trust that I will always have a cellular connection. My Kindle (Paperwhite, so just a reader) will also be coming with me, loaded with books. I can download more to it using the hotspot or my cell phone.
Thanks Beth , I'm starting to get it...down load to lap top then to tablet as needed.. Right. ? Could you also use smart tv as we'll ? Werner brought a truck to our school that had a tv mounted at foot of sleep berth that got me thinking but I forgot to ask how it was set up Guess I will have to future out football somehow

Raz, your best option for Internet access out there is going to be Verizon or AT&T. If you want access with multiple devices then make sure one of them is a hotspot for the others. There simply is no way to get cheap data unfortunately. If you want to stream Netflix you're gonna pay up for it, that's for sure.
My main forms of entertainment were simply surfing the Web or reading books.

With the goal of becoming a professional driver becoming reality, assuming I can survive offset backing, I am wondering if you would please fill me in on some of the methods you use to entertain yourself while parked miles away from home. Best way to get on net with laptop ? Satellite radio or TV ? Netflix ? Appreciate your feedback
