I'm not sure what they're going to do with you as far as training. It may indeed be free if they're just going to give you a quick refresher and send you out on the road. They may just figure it's worth getting a driver with experience in there.
Then again, you may have to pay some back. But it wouldn't be much. Ask the recruiter for specifics now before you go there.
But either way, I wouldn't worry about it. You're going to be out there making good money and you don't want to be jumping around from company to company every few months anyhow. If you have several different job offers then you can be a little more picky. If Swift is the only one you can find that's ready to get you out there making money, then take advantage of the opportunity and go for it.
But certainly ask the recruiter for specifics so you know exactly what they intend to do with you as far as training.

update, I have my CDL 6 years ago, and SWIFT want me to take a refresh course, and is ok with me, the RECRUITER I spoke check my driving record and is fine what I wonder is when he said school will be Free I ready took the company test and like I said I clear to go, but how true is about the free school? I just worry when I get to Tennesse for training , I will have to sign a contract and still paid for ..... what you guys think? (I haven'nt drive for 4 years ) thank you
