0.04 BAC will result in a commercial driver DUI 0.02 BAC will result in a 24-hour commercial driving suspension 0.08 BAC for off-duty commercial drivers not operating a commercial vehicle will result in a DUI
You really don't want any alcohol in your system while driving or testing. Alcohol is not tested for in a hair test. You can drink alcohol on your free time as you choose but my advice would be to stop drinking at least 12 hours before ever driving, and as long as 24 hours before testing. Bottom line is you can still have alcohol present in your system up to 24 hours after consuming depending on how much was consumed and your metabolism.

Can someone help me understand this?
I am thinking about getting my CDL....I am not concerned at all about drug test but I do drink beer when I am at home say roughly 6 pack a day..Is this a concern? I assume beer consumption would show up on the hair test....Should I quit drinking all together a certain time frame before submitting to this test for a cdl or is this not a concern at all? Probably stupid question but I need to ask anyway....

BMI is a formula that uses weight and height to estimate body fat. For most people, BMI provides a reasonable estimate of body fat. The BMI's biggest weakness is that it doesn't consider individual factors such as bone or muscle mass. BMI may:
It's quite common, especially for men, to fall into the "overweight" category if you happen to be stronger than average. If you're pretty strong but in good shape then pay no attention.
