Hi everyone! I've missed you all very much. I'm checking in to talk to all my buddies here and to let you know I'm still with my company, still driving in the city, and surviving.... One day at a time and it's a good day, if I haven't hit anything. I've almost reached my one-year mark with my company in P&D.

Ma-an! The stories I could TELL! SO much has happened.

How IS everyone?

P&D:

Pickup & Delivery

Local drivers that stay around their area, usually within 100 mile radius of a terminal, picking up and delivering loads.

LTL (Less Than Truckload) carriers for instance will have Linehaul drivers and P&D drivers. The P&D drivers will deliver loads locally from the terminal and pick up loads returning to the terminal. Linehaul drivers will then run truckloads from terminal to terminal.

Wondered about you today. Glad to see you stuck it out. :-)

Why are you still doing P&D?

Just yesterday I was thinking of my "MG Cape" thing. I hope you still have it handy!

Yeah! MG-We're excited for you. Still driving! YES!

I remember your time-out on the dock story. And your perseverance!! I looked forward to your "next writing" during that period.

So now I'm looking forward to your next story- you wrote that "much has happened". Good luck and God Bless.
