Pre Employment Drug Testing

Just wondering I've heard both sides but does a ua detect alcohol...if I have a couple beers with dinner then take a pre employment drug test the next day will I fail for alcohol. Not that I can't go without a drink but if I have a drink then find an opportunity that I can take advantage of that day do I need to tell them I need to wait a day...thus possibly raising suspicion thnx

A urinalysis does not detect alcohol. They will, however, normally give you a breathalyzer at the same time so expect that.
