Like the topic says I'm having trouble finding a job because of my situation I have 3 years experience with previous employer but was laid off in February due to decline in company revenue can anyone please help me or at least suggest some driver referral agencies or any suggestions

I wouldn't no who to refer you to, except maybe covenant transport, but most companies are going to want you to take a refresher course. I know Schneider says you need a refresher if it's been 4 months, and I am thinking covenant is 12 months. Maybe the smaller local companies?

Do any companies offer refresher courses

I don't personally, but I know most schools have a refresher course, and you may even find a company that will reimburse you, or front it. Have you looked into unemployment...I know of people who had them pay for it?
