For instance, look at Walmart's fleet or UPS. You have to have a nearly flawless record and years of experience to even be considered for one of those positions. So yeah, they pay more and the turnover is less because the quality of the job and the quality of the driver is higher.
I'll tell ya one place to look - corporations with their own private fleets like Walmart, True Value, etc. Here is a list of the top 100 private fleets of 2014:
Pepsi, Sysco, Walmart, US Foods, Haliburton, McClane, etc.
Those private fleets usually require more experience and an excellent driving record but they pay well and they're normally great places to work. And they're mostly large carriers.
