The trail cam is a good idea. Do your due diligence and law enforcement can (I don't promise "WILL") do a better job for you and the girls.

I can't comment on the likelihood of getting a local job, but confidence goes a long way so do what it takes to get a big dose! ... in spite of the thing that leaves that mucky slug-like trail under your windows ...

I'm sorry you had a day like that.

Have you researched the self defense and trespassing laws for your state to see what ur rights may be?

Will be going to Cabela's this weekend and get a trail cam and Home Depot for a flood light...

We live in a pretty bad neighborhood too. Though if I found out some one is peaking at my wife I would envoke the wrath of the Russian Mafia on them.

Get one of these, it's cheap and fools everyone. Believe me, he will go away real quick especially if you put the light in the area also.

DAC:

Drive-A-Check Report

A truck drivers DAC report will contain detailed information about their job history of the last 10 years as a CDL driver (as required by the DOT).

It may also contain your criminal history, drug test results, DOT infractions and accident history. The program is strictly voluntary from a company standpoint, but most of the medium-to-large carriers will participate.

Most trucking companies use DAC reports as part of their hiring and background check process. It is extremely important that drivers verify that the information contained in it is correct, and have it fixed if it's not.

That's the thing tho...Southwick is a farmers/outdoorsy town. Not a bad neighborhood at all, not a bad town/community. We barely have any apartment complexes around here, it's mostly middle/upper class families. That creep's grand mother was sitting on the town council many years ago. Now he lives with his disabled mom who can't walk because she's VERY big and they both have mental problems. Apparently, he's still "smart" enough to always evade the police. Hopefully this time he's going to get taken away for a long time.

Ahhh that's right. Massachusetts Castle Doctrine only covers you inside the home. Indiana covers you inside, on your property and your out buildings such as a detached garage. It also incorporates self defense of a third party victim under attack.

My daughter told me about a bear trap. Problem is, criminals like him have more rights than their victims! He'd have the audacity to sue me, I'm sure, and he'd probably win!!

It sounds like a simple security light might help deter the criminal since he likes to lurk in the dark and shadows.

Get one with an automatic motion sensor switch. It'll come on once. The idiot will be to surprised to come back.

I just called the Southwick station. Kevin Charizione has been charged yesterday with disorderly conduct for being in my window that early morning. The process was expedited and he's arraigned in court on December 2nd. Thank you Southwick PD.

So whats he facing, jail time or just a little fine where he's free to be back out to do it again? Disorderly Conduct does not seem like its gonna hold him back for very long.

Ya. It's bothersome.
