Hey that's awesome RedGator!!!! I'm excited to hear how things go for ya.

And you're right - way too many trainers are in it to make a few extra bucks and look at the student as a necessary evil. Nothing will be more helpful and encouraging for your students than to have someone who is positive, patient, and enjoys life out there on the road like you do. I was really lucky - I had an awesome trainer back in the day - 1993 to be exact. I only had to train for two weeks and they turned me loose, but it was a fun two weeks. I learned a ton, had full confidence in my trainer, and it was just the introduction to trucking I had hoped it would be.

Now you get to do the same for your students. That's so great to hear!!! smile.gif

OOS:

When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.
