So I'm a bit confused. They considered your test a failure and they're sending you home but you're retaking the test?
No I re-took the test 1/2hour later when I could pee again and had to have the dr in there with me, pull pants down and shirt up. Very uncomfortable but I did it.
But it's still a failed test and they're sending you home?
And yes they sent me right back to the hotel and I had to buy my ticket back home.
No I didn't fail. At least I never received any call from mro saying that I did. I know I'm clean.
The guy at prime was a total a-hole. Pretty much calling me a liar right to my face.

Well without some kind of explanation it pretty much looks like you lied. Or you have the body temperature of a lizard in the fall. But tons of people come in there and lie all the time. It's far from something unusual.
So if I re-took the test on the same day in front of their dr and it came back to them as passed...there is nothing they can do to my record. Right?
I don't know for certain but it seems like you should be good to go.

So here's one for you. I went to prime orientation last Monday. I went in to give a urine sample and when I came out the temp strip did not register! They pulled me right out of class and told me they were disqualifying me! Told me only three reasons it would not register. Accused me of tampering with it. So in order for it not to go on my record I had to **** in front of dr. No problem! I know I'm clean. I guess my question...is can they somehow put something negative on my dac report?
DAC:
Drive-A-Check Report
A truck drivers DAC report will contain detailed information about their job history of the last 10 years as a CDL driver (as required by the DOT).
It may also contain your criminal history, drug test results, DOT infractions and accident history. The program is strictly voluntary from a company standpoint, but most of the medium-to-large carriers will participate.
Most trucking companies use DAC reports as part of their hiring and background check process. It is extremely important that drivers verify that the information contained in it is correct, and have it fixed if it's not.
