4 tickets, suspended license and can't pass a drug screen. I think I'll let someone else field this one.

I'm not worried about the drug screen, if need be, I can wait it out.

Without clearing your speed tickets fine and fine for other minor traffic violations how will you go ahead with your driving career. My best advice is that you can hire some speed ticket lawyer and tell him all the facts. If you do not have sufficient amount to pay them then you can take the help of your County respective department. They may provide you lawyer who are on Government panel without charging anything from you. You will certainly get help from them.
