Yes. Planning your trips to the store to re stock items you need is all part of good trip planning. You'll often know what you're doing trip wise for a couple days at least and can figure out where you'll want to stop and be able to plan your stop at that time. It's really not all that hard to work in and in many cases, you can do your shopping and park for the night at the same location.
Walmart is the "go-to" for many truckers. When you locate one, or any unfamiliar parking, on google maps, switch to Satellite view and look for the approach roads and maybe other trucks in the view.
Some Walmarts are NOT truck parking friendly. Most are.
Map Satellite view is also really good to check out your pick-up and destination to find where the guard gate is.
Like others have said, it's not hard to plan Walmart stops in. And even easier to eat healthy on the truck. I'll give you a couple examples. I just finished up my time with my trainer earlier this week. He lives a rather, well, spartan sort of life. Ramen noodles, potty meat, bologna sandwiches and such. The only extra on his truck was a microwave. After he dropped me off at one of our outlying terminals to see about getting my truck I was put on a truck with another trainer(that story will be in my diary in a bit). Anyway, this trainer had a tabletop grill strapped to the catwalk, microwave and crockpot. I was only with him for a couple days but we had a nice pork roast and he told me about how he would grill whenever he had a 34 or long enough down time. Keep his truck stocked with decent groceries. So it's all up to you which way you wanna go with it. Me, I have a crock pot waiting at home and plan on getting a small grill.
A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
