I found a local route that gets me home every weekend and 2-3 days a week in addition. Don't want to reveal the name just yet until all the administration is complete but it's basically all set. Thanks for all the help. Be safe out there

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

Roehl definitely does slip seating. I spoke to a recruiter there a few months ago and chose not to apply because of that. But if you really need the hometime.. they even do a 7 on, 7 off type of deal and will let you swap through the different hometime plans.. 7 on off 4, 7 on off 3, or 14 on off 7, and then the part time 7 on, 7 off.

Other than the slip seating, they seem like a fine company.
