You might want to tell the owner of the company that his product is being met with public criticism by flatbedders on a website that had 4 million visits from 2.7 million unique visitors last year. To give you a perspective on that, we average about 12,000 visitors a day and his youtube video has had a total of 210 views. So he might want to take notice that it's his big chance for some good free publicity, or not.
