Does anyone know if Werner offer company sponsored program

Werner does not have their own training program, but they own Roadmasters, and AIT, both private schools. You can still go to either private school, and drive for someone else, but Werner has some kind of deal, where you get a discount, if you go to drive for them, plus the tuition reimbursement, Depending on where you go, I would give Roadmasters a thorough look. From what I have read, certain locations are great, and others not so great. I am not familiar with AIT, though. If you have a SAGE in your state, I would give them a call. They feed A LOT of companies, and most will recommend them, over other schools.

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.
