Looking For A Great Company For Team Drivers

I will graduate CDL training in 3 weeks. My husband is a veteran truck driver with 11 years experience with a spotless record. We are going to put all of our things into storage and drive OTR. Looking for suggestions on great companies to work for and also those to stay away from.
CRST is a Team specific company, I would look into them, first. I believe that we have 1 or 2 here that drive for them. US Express, Covenant, Con-Way/XPO , and CR England, all have decently sized Team Divisions. Most OTR companies, from what I have seen, have Teams, so basically, just pick a company that you like, and call them up.

Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
- Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
- Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
- Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
- Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.

Over The Road
OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.
HOS:
Hours Of Service
