Now that I have my CLP my focus is on choosing between Roehl & Knight and on starting school next month. And learning Pre-Trip. I have lots and lots of questions, many of which fall into the "We'll get to that bridge when we come to it" category. (That was my grandfather's saying, with the implication being we can decide whether or not to cross it when we get there. I always thought it was just fun wordplay, but he was a trucker and after reading the post about the Christmas Day events in Paoli maybe there was more truth behind this phrase than I assumed). I have contemplated the feasibility of carrying a folding tricycle so Buster and I can get some fresh air and exercise. We've had trike before and both loved it. Until today that question has been very far down on the list, but now I see it should be doable. For now I just have to put in the time and mileage to get to the day he can join me on the truck and we can head off down the road.
When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.

You don't need any fancy equipment, and the workouts range from 4-18 minutes in length. Apparently it works too. You get them through the Skimble app. It's called Active Trucker, and you do have to pay for them. App is free though, and there are lots of free workouts as well.
Kettlebells are excellent. Affordable, versatile, and stow away easily,‘occupying minimal space. Total body workout at your fingertips.
