Starting With Roehl, Orientation & Training

I was scheduled to fly from DFW to ATL this morning to get started with Roehl at the Conley GA terminal tomorrow. This first thing I did this morning was check the flight status, CANCELLED! There were several severe storms in the area overnight. I called Roehl and she jumped on it, got me booked on Southwest tonight instead of American's idea of waiting until tomorrow to reschedule. Since I'll be getting in so late, she even booked a single room tonight and tomorrow night so I can get some rest. Further confirmation in my mind that I made the right choice.

Terminal:

A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.

I'm glad to see that did not make you take some ungodly trip on a Greyhound bus. I love to hear about companies that use flights or rental cars to get the people where they need to be.
