I've been looking around the net for about three months now, on what exactly will hold me back from getting hired. 1st, I have two dwi's that go back to 2002 and 2003. 2nd I'm having a couple misdemeanor cases where they were dismissed, nolle prosequi, or found not guilty, sealed/expunged. 3rd, one petty theft case in 2008 that will follow me til the day I die is what I'm concerned about. My question is, do I have a chance?

Anything is possible. A lot of places will take ppl with some issues on a case by case basis, so call around and talk with some recruiters. They should be able to answer any Qs you have. Good luck.
