I was wondering if somebody knows what a "Spring hanger that allow movement of axle from proper position" is. That's a picture from the DMV Class A manual from California Page 2-2. But, that still doesn't tell me what a Spring hanger that allows movement of an axle from its proper position is. A clear picture or an explanation in la-men's terms would be nice, as well. Thanks!

That's one of the defects it says you should look for, so I think it just means a broken or loose spring hanger, that's bad enough the axle would be able to move more than it should.
