My wife, twin girls-8, daughter-4, two dogs jack Russel and a basset hound. Home cooked meals and spending a lot of time with the family.

I know how to cook in a crock pot, obviously, but I'm interested in how clean up was.

I cook in mine all the time, all I can say is crockpot liners. They usually come in a pack of four for about $2, seems a little expensive but they're so worth it. Usually there is nothing to clean up, just remove the liner and throw it away. I hit mine with a cleaner called clorox anywhere and dry with a paper towel.

Great idea. I've heard a lot about liners but have never used them. Now to see about recipes for 1 person and not a family of 4.

The truck won't be THAT bumpy plus as solo you get 10 hours downtime. The nu wave makes steaks in like 20 min. The lid on that and the crock pots fasten. If you are in a lightweight put it in the passenger foot well and where can it go? My trainer usually starts the crock while we are waiting to get loaded and we can then eat all day.

But... as with everything different trucks are different. This truck is way more bumpy and shaky than my last trainers. . Same Truck different years..

Being able to play music. At some point I am going to find a portable keyboard so I can keep in practice during my downtime.

I will miss seeing, being with, my daughter and wife almost everyday...blah, blah, blah. But, whom I will miss is the most is my puppa girl, Dolce. IMG_20150418_132833_821_zpsklqlusxd.jpg There she is in all her sleepy gloriousness.

I miss my wife and being home to just do those little things. My bike hasn't been riden since I got into trucking. The little things mean much more these days. I have made good money, but you give up alot in doing so. I too call daily + but it don't even compare to holding your wife.
