Well, obviously not really.

But today I was up to 65 on the interstate in tenth gear... Rollin down the road. Honestly the biggest sense of accomplishment I've had in a very long time. I kept her in my lane the entire time never drifted over even tho there were decent wind speeds... got up to highway speeds and merged on with no issues. No grinded or missed gears... I loved it.

I cannot wait to be Rollin down the highways delivering freight and making some money doing something I love! I know there's not much point to this post, but of all people I thought at least one of you might have had the same feeling before! :)

Anyway, drive safe all. And take care!

haha I know your feeling of getting into 10th gear for the first time on the freeway. I remember when I got on freeway for the first time and hit that final gear... 10th.

to me it seems like once you have gotten going shifting is no big deal... it's that initial little bit cause you are going kinda slow and it's easy for your speed and rpm's to drop too much to shift into that next gear if you don't do it fast enough, once you're in 5th or 6th though everything is gravy... well sometimes I have trouble with 7th depending on the truck.
