I've heard they can, but to be sure I'd call that particular store and ask.
Can efs checks be cashed at Walmart???
Uh... I doubt it... Just curious, why on earth do you need to cash an EFS check at Walmart??? Those are typically reserved for company-related emergencies like repairs, towing, things like that. I don't think they're intended for personal use...
Operating While Intoxicated
Because my efs card has 2 sides, a company side and a side I get paid on...I wrote a check to myself but no one ever told me the truckstops won't cash a check over $999
I dont know what an efs check is, but you can take a picture of about any type of check and deposit it to your bank account electronically.

Does that include a comdata check?

Yes, but expect to wait a while. Due to recent direct deposit problems we tried to deposit a comcheck to our Bank of America account using the app and it took over two weeks to clear. The comcheck was registered and filled out correctly, we called support and their answer was to keep waiting. I have cashed them in person at BofA locations without a single issue multiple times.
I can only assume the mobile app is just not set up to process comchecks and must be done manually, probably by someone who's never seen one and has no idea what to do with it. Maybe this is just a problem specific to BofA, but just be aware and maybe only write out a check for $10-20 at first so you don't have a ton of money tied up for weeks.
