So I've been leaning heavily toward Prime, Jim Palmer or Wil Trans for their one on one training for new drivers. I was looking at the Jim Palmer website and wanted to see what kind of information they wanted on their online application. I didn't finish and submit it, but a recruiter still called me. She pretty much verified everything I've seen already with the training and pay. But the most important thing she told me was about when to apply.
30 days out. They check your records (employment, criminal, driving, etc). If you apply before 30 days out, they'll have to recheck everything. I could see this going for other companies as well.
