Got a 40" LED Samsung in my truck!
Nice hammer! I'm still trying to figure out how to have good hi speed Internet or satellite tv in a company truck.
Charlie, I don't know how you have such good luck with T-Mobile. I had them as my carrier for an entire year as OTR and they the worst thing imaginable. Half the day I couldn't even have a conversation over the phone with someone because of the limited service.
I have metro pcs like Charlie. T-mobile has drastically improved their coverage over the last year. When I first started last March, I frequently hit zones where I was roaming and couldn't get days, or worse complete dead zones. Now I have service almost everywhere I go.
OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.
The secret to free wifi is a yagi wifi antenna. I paid 20$ for mine off ebay, I have it hooked to a cheap 50$ windows 8 tablet that I use as a "brain" hooked to my tv. It can pick up a signal within a half a mile and there are free wifi spots everywhere. All you have to do is point it in the direction of the wifi. I pick up internet at every truck stop from mcds,bk,wendys, dennys, even the indoor free wifi at pilot. Like I said, there are free wifi spots everywhere, you just need an antenna to pick them up

Cool! That's good to know. Are you able to steam movies/music as well?

How do you mount that? Do you have to punch holes in anything?

I always had great luck with Tmobile personally, but my tethering was really really slow. It was probably the crappy phone I had lol
