I was in4week class cdl testedjan12th I failed 3 weeksoff theN I got only 3 hours practice last week with3others Im suppose to test again this thursday stil cant do offset parrallel or90degree what should I do

Ask this same question of the instructors. If their job is to equip you to pass the test, they need to ensure you've been given adequate instructions, practice time and feedback to correct any mistakes.

Ok you're going to have to catch us up on things a bit. You went to a private school for four weeks, not a company-sponsored school, correct?
You went for four weeks and then failed the driving test to get your CDL? Is that right?
Then you had three weeks off? Why were there three weeks off? Were you waiting on the next test date?
What did they say about letting you practice this week?
