One thing i forgot to add is that CR England does urine and hair test. the recruiter said they go back 4 monthes so you guys can add that to your list of companys that do hair test
Ok i have another choice to add to my schools Srt,swift or Cr England. I know i ask to many questions but i just want to get it right the first time. what are your guys thoughts on SRT. The recruiter on the phone said that i qualify with no doubt at all. i am really leaning towards srt i been reading reviews and they have about the best reviews between the 3. any advice on these company's would really be appreciated. when i talked to Cr England the first thing he asked me is if i would be interested in lease purchase. i read a post on here that said if you do a lease purchase your first year you got to be nuts. Because i would lose my butt. so any insight will help. mean time keep on trucking and be safe.

As far as I know, CR England doesn't force you into a lease. Just because the recruiter asked that question doesn't mean it's required for future employment. They were probably checking a "box" in their database for your profile. Which in turn would prompt a CRE leasing agent to contact you in the future. I know a couple of CRE day-cab drivers, they aren't L/Os. I wouldn't disqualify CRE because of that.
Personally, if I had the choice of the 3, I would go with 1. Swift, 2. CR England, and 3. SRT, only as a last resort, and exploring other possible options. CRE is among the lowest paid in the industry starting out, and you are forced to team your first 6 months after training. They do only have a 9 month contract, though. And a part of me loves their logo. Swift is a top notch company, that if my private school option falls through, they are in my top 2, after TMC's school. SRT may be a good company, but, has questionable ethics, although, that is only a personal opinion, that does not actually represent their success in the industry, or the happiness of some of their current drivers.
All in all, you would do well at any of the 3.
Have you explored other company schools?
