Us xpress is a good place to go they well pay your school fees. And they pay 70 bucks a day when u r with your trainer. After that u get 34 cents a mile and a new truck. The trucks are auto shift.

Jeff, any idea how long students are usually out on the road with a trainer? Few days, weeks? Thank you sir.

175 behind the wheel driveing hours. So about 3.5 weeks denpends on how much u drive. I am a driver trainer. For them . Some people take longer but most can have it done in around 3 weeks

Jeff, does US Xpress have any company locations with showers or laundry place to wash your clothes? I'm just curious. Thank you

I've a question! I'm in talks to start CDL school in the next few weeks, and US Xpress is showing promise. I just need to know, can anyone confirm whether or not they pay anything for the 3-4 weeks that you're actually in class? If not, any companies that do?
