PAM IT IS! I decided to go work for PAM and I start training (all over again) in a week or so. I got some experience with Stevens, but limited seat time cost me. Hopefully I can polish my skills with Pam and get my career started
i just went over your whole thread, good luck. your previous experience gives you an advantage, be open minded to keep learning but also know that you got this!

Thanks, I appreciate the kind words
Let me know how the PAM training goes. Are you going to Indy?
Good luck! Drive safe and don't get too nervous.

Thanks, and no I'm going to FT Worth
Headed back to the DFW area to start training...(again)... I'm not deterred, I want to go trucking. I'm going to look at my failure as a blessing, while Stevens is a good company, I would be paying them back $4000 for training. The training through PAM is free as long as you stay 1 year. Also they come to Laredo, TX often which is good because that is close to home. I am a big believer in "things happen for a reason" so off we go!!
So I'm new here. Got accepted to Stevens school through Ranger college. Looking for helpful info. Any info is appreciated . Thanks

Are you going to the main terminal in Dallas?
A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
Going to Ranger college in Ranger Texas for the schooling.3 weeks then on to the OTR for 5-6 weeks. Not much real time info to be found on here so far

OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.
