Swift allows "plug-in" inverters, but not the larger ones that need to be installed. (O-O can have one if the Swift installed it, but, hey, it's your batteries then!)
Use the 12 appliances, such as the lunch box oven or a slow cooker. You can actually get by on less than that, but it won't be the lifestyle you have grown accustomed to.
I usually hit a sit-down truck stop restaurant once a week, rarely fast food. I get sandwiches from Walmart, or make my own, and heat up canned food-flavored salt for supper. Works for me!
There is a way to use your motor to cook with, look for the book Manifold Destiny for recipes.

back when I used to help build piers and bulkheads we would wrap a sandwich in foil and put it on the exhaust manifold of the tug when moving from one job to another. Thanks for the suggestion with the book, I am fully aware that it won't be like home but I kinda like potted meat sandwiches, Vienna sausages(low sodium cuz the wife said so) and saltine crackers, peanut butter and jelly and a good tomato sandwich, again Thanks for the info
