On occasions when I can't get a shower, I use my 12v lunchbox and drop a handful of baby wipes in it for about 10 minutes...nice warm wash rags. I tell all my trainees to bring enough clothes and supplies to shower at least 3-4 times a week as we are only out 5 nights a week.
