Frances, first about trailers. You need to pre-trip your trailer when you get it. Legal issues (lights, brakes) you report and wait for instructions.

If something is seriously damaged, same deal. Most trailers, even the nearly new ones, get scrapes and dings. Don't worry about those.

Hours Of Service

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.

Ok, Thank you Turbo Dan. I put the truck in the shop for a PM. and i am putting it in the quick bay tommorow for other issues.
