There are plenty of older threads you can search for.
The threads almost always turn into a urinating contest.
Rule of thumb is basically - get a year under your belt to learn the industry without the stress and overhead of being FORCED to make your weekly nut. There are enough distractions in your first year.
Re-evaluate your options, after that first year.

I know that the common word on this site is against leasing. However, I'm hearing mixed things from one to another about it overall. Specifically, I have a friend that leases through prime, and he claims he loves it/makes decent money. I tend to believe him. Could anyone from prime or someone who leases from prime share their knowledge on the subject?
