Yea they are bad I'm making 300 a week .. I use to make more money working in a factory
Francisco like Scott suggested, you need to read your contract so you completely understand your obligations.
Although I am not familiar with their contract, if CR England provided your schooling and subsequent training it will be costly (possibly many thousands of dollars) to break the contract. Furthermore if you do break the contract, many companies will withhold the training certificate until you have met your financial obligation specified in the contract. In doing so you will be significantly hampered, blocked from finding another CDL A job without the certificate. We typically suggest that every driver try to not only meet their contractual obligation if attended a company sponsored school, but also stick it out for 1 year before changing companies. Considering that freight is a bit slow right now and you are a new driver, a $300.00 check once in a while is not unusual.
So my first question is how often are you only getting a $300 weekly check? Why? Have you "professionally" discussed this with your driver manager? If not, you should consider doing that so you understand why your check is so low and what can be done to get more miles.
Are you still in road training, or are you solo, if so how long? Any other issues?
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
I don't anyone here will be willing to help you find a loop hole to get out of your contract. Unless there's more to it that you're not telling us, the general consensus will probably be tough it out until you've fulfilled your side of the deal. I doubt you're being maliciously screwed over there. However I understand your wanting to leave as 300 a week would be impossible to survive on. I can only hope that when I start training in a few weeks that things go well until I figure out how to run. I do however have money to fall back on just in case. I hope you can find a way to stay on and finish your contract.

I broke mine and still getting approved to work for companies, and just remember companies are desperate for drivers in 2016.
No consequences whatsoever?

Don't believe it and don't listen to it. The training contracts are binding.
I'm sure there was some sort of drawback to breaking a contract, especially with all the cost involved.
