Sorry to hear that Andy. Not much information to go on. Can you describe the nature and severity of the accident, how long ago, other circumstances, etc.? Collateral damage? How many companies have you applied to and what have they said to you?
An accident is certainly not the end of your career unless you left out the part where you were doing 90 in a 35, ran over a crowd of people, and then got out with a gun and started shooting the survivors. If that's what you did then man are you in trouble.
But assuming it wasn't quite that bad you'll certainly find work. Just apply like crazy to as many places as possible and follow up with a phone call within about 48 hours if you haven't heard back. Remember also that this is pretty much the slowest time of the year. Companies are hiring, but at a slower rate. Things will pick up over the next couple months but there's no reason you should still be looking for a job at that point. Just be really persistent in applying for work and follow up with phone calls. You'll get out there again.

My name is andy. And wanted to ask if any of you guys would be able to help me in the right direction. I have a accident on my record nobody was hurt and that's the only one I got in 15 years but the simple fact is its on there now and I can't do anything about it accept wait 3 years. But I didn't realize how hard is is to find a job my question is. Is this the end of my career for a wile should I find a different line of work if so I'm screwed it's all I know.
