I went to Millington last year then to Columbus, OH, for road training when Ocala, FL, was short of instructors...I then got priority in Ocala...I got my permit in FL and then did my DMV road test in FL after time in Columbus.

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

DMV:

Department of Motor Vehicles, Bureau of Motor Vehicles

The state agency that handles everything related to your driver's licences, including testing, issuance, transfers, and revocation.

Dave, you were in Millington in February/March last year.* The testing between States came out in July.

* I know we were in that old Siberian classroom at the same time, but I couldn't find you!
