First of all Val's trainer exhibited several unacceptable behaviors. Based on what was written, he should be relieved of his training privileges and duties.

Agreed. In point of fact, there were some behaviors described that could have been interpreted as sexual harassment. That is not something to be taken lightly.

And even if you disregard that, his behavior shows a complete lack of respect for fellow humans. He should not be in a position where he has any (real or imagined) authority over others.
