Best of luck on the new gig! Swift just lost a solid mentor.
Safe travels.
Good luck, Sometimes it is with bitter sweet feelings we must transition and move on. We must remember the sacrifices our loved ones endured while we chase our dreams. All the while knowing we are doing it to make their lives easier.
When the path opens up and you can make both dreams a reality means you are truly blessed and respected enough to afford a better quality of life. So I raise my glass of ice tea to you and yours, my your travels be filled with open roads and fewer 4 wheelers.

Well as the title says I am no longer a swifty. Turned in my permit book and every thing else today. Feels kind of weird, but the move to the new company I feel is the right one, for me and my family gets us one step closer in are long term plan. I am going to be doing some flat bed so if I am on here asking how many chains I need on a suicide coil vs a shotgun coil I know someone will help.
Now for everyone that want to know if Swift is a good company or bad company here is what I have to say. FORGET everything you read on the web. I was with central Refrigerated when Swift got them. I had every plan to quite because of all the bad things I had read on the internet. But I stuck it out, I am glad I did. If you're looking for a company to start off with. make a list of all the things you want in the company find the one that best suites you need and go for it. Spend at least a year there, and have some fun. There is not one perfect company. Good luck to all my fellow Swifties, stay safe.
