You can get directv in a truck? Cool! I'm addicted to mine at home. Planning on leaving for training in late June. :)
Good for you Country!
What model are the autos around there?
Congrats.;)
What's hard about the backing under trailer?

What's hard about the backing under trailer?
I struggle with backing in the bobtail. My brain wants me to steer it like there is a trailer attached! So I have to take it slow and think about which way I want it to go. It's a bit of a learning curve for me anyways. Just my opinion.
Oh and backing a bobtail automatic can be a little tricky because it wants to jump. I set my camera off the other day because I was coupling and the tractor jumped backwards and we hit really hard! Again just my opinion...
"Bobtailing" means you are driving a tractor without a trailer attached.

There's a trick to it. I don't know about the KW but in a Freightliner you can hit the accelerator kinda hard for like a half second like you're going to speed up, let off, then ease on the accelerator (all in reverse). You'll find that it won't accelerate and ram into the trailer when you let off the accelerator, so you can get under that trailer more smoothly.

Regional:
Regional Route
Usually refers to a driver hauling freight within one particular region of the country. You might be in the "Southeast Regional Division" or "Midwest Regional". Regional route drivers often get home on the weekends which is one of the main appeals for this type of route.
OTR:
Over The Road
OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.
